Terms of Use – Garb: Wardrobe Outfit Stylist

Welcome to Garb - Wardrobe Outfit Stylist. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Garb mobile application (“App”) provided by Hurdalab (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription & Payment

Garb offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features including:

  • Intelligent outfit suggestions
  • Unlimited wardrobe item uploads
  • Personalized styling tools

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) through your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Prices may vary depending on your location and are subject to change with prior notice.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App
  • Use the App for commercial resale
  • Violate any local or international laws

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements in the App are the property of Hurdalab and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse any part of the App without written permission.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
